MO’s is more than a bar with the best Happy Hour in town – we’re part of what makes Hillcrest, Hillcrest.

The Founders of Urban MO’s Doug Snyder & Chris Shaw have been together since 1983, they both have been involved and extremely active in our GLBTQ community since 1979, over the last 40 years they have donated and or raising hundreds of thousands of dollars for our community, there philosophy has always been you can’t have a successful businesses without a strong successful community that is why they have always been active helping create an incredible Hillcrest Community. For them it’s always been about building a community where everyone can feel comfortable being who they are and being proud of who we are.

Chris and Doug has mentored their staff to grow within the business and has encouraged them to pursue further careers with new restaurants within the community.  They have taught core values that are carried on through to this day that creates many successful staff.  They have created a safe space for all staff to 100% themselves.
