Green Flash Brewery, from humble beginnings came true enlightenment for this leading San Diego-based brewery. Mike and Lisa Hinkley established Green Flash in 2002. Today, they lead a talented team of like-minded craft beer enthusiasts, who embrace the Green Flash culture and brand vision with passion and zeal. Every batch of beer is a labor of love and is a true Green Flash collaboration.

GENIUS LAB
At Green Flash Brewery, with one part brewing methodology and two parts innovation, we invented our Genius Lab pilot brewing program to inspire fresh ideas. We tap our entire team for recipe submissions that will become original, small-batch brews developed under the expert guidance of Brewmaster, Erik Jensen. The Genius Lab program offers everyone at Green Flash an opportunity to experience the rewarding process of brewing their own beer from start to finish. You can try our Genius Lab beers by visiting our tasting room.

Join us in our 4,000 square foot tasting room and beer garden. Enjoy up to 30 beers on our state of the art taps featuring Green Flash favorite front line beers as well as seasonal, rare and special releases. Step out to the bustling beer garden and enjoy a bite from our own in-house Green Flash Gastro food truck.
